Making youth sports better; one 360 coach at time
The purpose of the 360 coach mentoring program is to develop college students or young adults who have a heart to coach while:
*Teaching them how to coach the whole athlete
*Learning the basics of running a camp/clinic
*The art of handling the elite athlete
*How to provide a safe sports environment
*How to teach the athlete is more than their sport
*How to help athletes become leaders
*How to handle emergencies
*How to identify teachable moments
*How to communicate well with players and families
*Get evaluated on your coaching tactics and
communication to get better every time!
and so much more.
*must a senior in high school by fall of 2024 to register.

For the organized sports coach:
We include (everything for youth sport presentation)
How to interview, train and choose your captains. (Stop just choosing your seniors!)
How to facilitate a well -organized parent meeting
How to create community relationships between your team and your school district
Handling issues such as eating disorders, drugs and alcohol and various social issues
How to set boundaries and guidelines for discussions
Design your non-negotiables.

All 360 coach selection must attend a 360 training on DATE. May 21 and 22 - 5:30-7:30 at Fusion Community Church
This training is an absolute. No exceptions.
Coaches will be paid per camp/clinic they coach.
